This was from a Fostex A-8 but I think its the same cover in all these models as they used all 1/4 inch tape

These boards may have been common in other mixers in this series

The caps have a different internal depth  but they do not fit some machines please look at extra photos

Has to go buy courier this and be well packed

recommend bringing the volts up slowly on these
