The fabric itself is an exquisite choice as the silk taffeta catches the light and changes color in a subtle way so the dress seems to come alive and flow over the skin yet the dress itself is structured and not flowing or loose fitting

Over this is a simple halter style neckline that is cut inset and square at the front and then changes to two skinny straps at the back to allow for a greater expanse of skin

The long and lean silhouette was in full swing but you still see the use of extravagant draping and that gorgeous bare shoulder silhouette that is presented beautifully in this dress

It is absolutely divine even if it is no longer 100% perfect. It is made from a deep teal blue green silk chiffon and in person is a touch deeper in tone and even richer in feel. The dress has a decidedly Grecian goddess feel to it. The silk is a very fine, scarf weight silk that is very difficult to work with especially given the elaborate draping that has been done on this dress. It
