Daniel was an American businessman, steamship and railroad developer and financier. He speculated in stocks and founded the brokerage firm of Drew, Robinson & Company in 1844. In 1857 he became a member of the board of directors for the Erie Railroad and used his position to manipulate the railroad stock price. Daniels CDV is 4 x 2. 5 and in very good antique condition, Mrs. Drews
