Put into wood on the 14th of September 2008 and matured in a refill bourbon hogshead for 15 years the whisky was bottled on the 18th of September 2023 at 55. 8% abv. Aromas of cinnamon, fresh hay and lemon curd are complimented by green apples, heather honey, dark chocolate and roasted lemon peel on the palate. One of just 188 bottles.
