This speech was followed by a Freedom March to City Hall to post a list of grievances asking the City to end slums, housing discrimination, police brutality and school segregation to name of few of the grievances. Dr. King led a similar march from Grant Park to Chicago City Hall in 1965 which was a Open Housing March.
