Distilled in August 2008 before filling into a European oak Pedro Ximenez hogshead, cask no. #1608. Bottling was in 2025 at a great cask strength of 55. 6% abv. An impressive whisky that rewards the lucky owner with rich layers of honey, syrup, cinnamon spice, dates, figs and dark chocolate. All wrapped up in a smooth and long finish.
