The glass appears in the factory's catalogue from 1853 and is described as having been sold undecorated

but has not cooled properly and therefore has orange and yellow areas

Dagmar pokal, 18 cm. Karafler og kander The carafe has a littleHeight 18 cm. Dagmar was produced at Holmegaard Glasvrk from 1890 until 1917. The glass is mouth blown with a nice faceted knob on the stem and a guilloche ring on the cuppa. This is a technique where the glass is covered with wax in which small copper wheels run according to a fixed drawing. The glasses are in perfect condition.
