Puisieulx is a smaller and less well known Grand Cru than Sillery or Verzenay, but its Pinot Noir produces champagnes of great character and terroir distinction. Partially vinified in oak, like the La Loge. The perpetual reserve, started in 2005, provides 30% of the blend. A champagne that gives voice to a village rarely heard on its own.
