Miles Kane - Sunlight in the shadows (LP) new-arrival Label: Backingtrack ProductionWhen they both first found success, they seemed Miles Kane and The Black Keys are not only quite far apart in terms of distance but also musically. But a lot can happen in sixteen years. Dan Auerbach produced Kane's latest album, Sunlight in the Shadows draws heavily from the shared British American rock and soul history. There's pounding rock 'n' roll, some playful psychedelia, and even a Spectorian "wall of sound" moment or two.
