All hand painted using metallic tinted paints and then hand applied with sequins in various metallic colors to pick up the painted colors used

It is aobviously a high end piece and its label is a Palm Beach designer or shop called Harold Grant. The base is a light knit that I beleive has cashmere in it. Through the knit, literally, are yellow ribbons that are placed to form big circular medallions with a flower suggested at the center of each. Hand placed through and around these are sequins and pearl
