It is two layers, with the first layer being a bobbinet and the top layer being a stretchy lace I believe to be Raschel lace. Hook and eye and hook and thread closures down the center back. Loop in center front for threading a belt if desired. +++ Measurements +++ Likely best for an extra small, it is quite narrow through the hip, though there is a good amount of stretch in the lace. 32"
