It has that romantic Victorian hippie feel that the best of his clothes have. It is two separate pieces, both done in a light polished cotton. The fabric has an ombre striping in light pastels soft green, pink and cream. Insets of open work lace run down the skirt and the front of the top. The skirt is a masterpiece of pleat and flat work done to give interest but without adding excessive volume. All the
