1970s Saks Fifth Ave Organza Maxi Dress designer-patrick-kelly Item# DD1085This is a pretty piece from Saks that may have had a second designer label at one time but sadly only the one still remains. It has a Sari like feel to it and I love that about it it makes it feel slightly exotic and mysterious. The exterior is a poly organza with gold thread worked into it to create that pretty design. The illusion is that of a draped and wrapped dress but it is really created by a faux overlay at the front while the back has a panel
