Lightweight nylon, windbreaker type fabric with natural texture, not smooth. Some loose threads on button, and spotting on the bottom. Not noticeable when you wear it and I did my best to show it in a photo. Interesting design, under arm area is open and hidden by the flaps for great ventilation. Shoulder pads are inside lining. Approx 23 underarm to underarm, 21 waist area,
