It was cut in the classic hourglass silhouette of the period with padded shoulders and a nipped waist waist. Below the waist the hem peplums out slightly and there are tiny hidden functional slit pockets. The small rounded collar and three quarter length sleeves with turn up cuffs finish off the blazer. But the real statement piece on this design are the fastenings.
